Delegate Statement

ScopeLift is a software engineering consultancy focused on crypto. We've had the pleasure of contributing to the Uniswap ecosystem in various ways over the years, most recently by building the UniStaker contracts.

We believe Uniswap should be a credibly neutral and community controlled force for good in the crypto ecosystem. This means focusing on governance minimization, and wide dispersion of governance power in the places where it is necessary. Uniswap should succeed by delivering the best protocol possible, by enabling anyone to be a participant and stakeholder in the ecosystem, and by rewarding those stakeholders when the protocol succeeds.

Fee switch

The fee switch should be used to create a sustainable structure for governance, where those delegating are incentive aligned with the protocol's success

Public goods

Unsiwap should have a "grow the pie" mentality. Uniswap wins when the whole ecosystem wins. To this end we should fund public goods that demonstrably expand the ecosystem.
