Event Horizon is the meta-governance layer and the first public-access, community-governed voter block. We leverage the novel mechanics of implicit delegation to offer substantial vote multiples to smaller, community voters. Our mission is to drive the amplification of the long-tail of DAO participants who wish to have a voice, but today lack the capital to have a meaningful say.

Meta governance
Meta-governance should serve to expand enfranchisement for all members of the community, not just those with capital or popularity. Where direct governance allocates influence along the lines of capital, and explicit delegation allocates influence along the lines of popularity contests (which often reflect capital), implicit delegation places value emphasis on willingness and active participation. And, in bringing the long tail of community members to the discussion, we all are rewarded with a greater spectrum of thought and creativity, a clearer picture of true community sentiment, and a stronger, more active ecosystem.
